How much does a stamped concrete patio cost?
Most stamped patios in this area run $16–$24 per square foot depending on pattern, color, site access and how much prep the ground needs. Your on-site estimate gives you an exact, written number with no change orders after.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes — free and no obligation. We measure, check drainage and soil, show you finish samples and leave you with a written proposal. There's no “sign tonight” pricing.
How long does a project take?
Most patios and driveways take 2–4 working days on site: prep, form and steel, pour, then finish. Foot traffic at 24–48 hours, vehicles at 7 days. You'll have a date range in writing before we start.
Will my concrete crack?
All concrete moves as it cures, which is why control joints exist — they decide where that movement goes. Correct base prep, thickness, reinforcement and joint spacing are what keep it from cracking where you'd see it.
Do you handle permits and HOA approval?
We pull the permits your town or county requires and prepare the drawings and specs most HOAs ask for. Mention your HOA at the estimate and we'll put the packet together.
